I placed this order after a failed delivery by another florist. I was very pleased with Enchanted Florist. They called me to let me know that one of the flowers in the pictured arrangement wouldn't be available until the next day and gave me other options. I told them I trusted their ability to make substitutions and still deliver a beautiful arrangement and it was definitely the right call. My friend was thrilled with what she received and the picture she shared with me showed what a wonderful job they did. I will definitely use them again!
