San Ramon, Danville, Dublin, Alamo, Pleasanton and Diablo Florist - Enchanted Florist

Beautiful arrangement, great customer service, and delivered same-day! I will definitely order from here again!

Quick same-day service & I loved the bloom snap.

Easy online ordering experience. They sent a couple of beautiful photos of the finished arrangement they sent which is something I rarely see from any florists I've used in the past. My friend absolutely loved the flowers and they really brightened his day. Thank you so much!

Beautiful arrangement and quick delivery!!!

Love this shop. Customer service is the best!

Impeccable service!!

Delivered as promised. I liked that they send you a photo of the arrangement before it’s delivered!

Such a great experience! I placed an order for a sympathy floral arrangement for my neighbor, whose husband unexpectedly passed away. I placed the order at around 2:00 pm and requested same day delivery. I wasn't sure if it would actually get delivered same day, as the request was kind of late, but it did! My neighbor told me they were the best flowers she had ever received and that it came on a day that she really needed it. Thank you so much Enchanted Florist!!

Easy online ordering, great customer service, BUATIFUL flowers, and most importantly, quick delivery! I placed a last-minute order for a flower delivery for a colleague. I couldn't decide on an arrangement so the shop took care of the design. The arrangement was beautiful, vibrant, and colorful. The recipient loved it as well.

Very happy with my purchase! The plant arrived healthy and in perfect condition. The communication from the time I ordered until it was delivered was OUTSTANDING! Would definitely order from here again!

Your arrangement was beautiful. It was a spur of the moment order, so I was so happy that you were able to deliver it the same day. Both my friend and I are gardeners and love flowers. So, the arrangement of bright orange Gerber daisies, salmon, orange and yellow roses, lilies, pink delphiniums, bells of Ireland, etc. was so creatively put together. Both from a color as well as fauna selection; a really unexpected combination that was just stunning. You're exactly the type of florist that I've been looking for. Thank you.

Best service! Beautiful flowers!???

The sympathy flower arrangement I ordered was simply stunning! I tried calling the flower shop yesterday to thank them, but realized it was Sunday and they were closed. Thank you so much!

I needed to send a bouquet to a friend, and I am not local. They successfully delivered the flowers, and sent me a photo and email updates so I was kept in the loop. Thank you!

The website is confusing for "custom arrangement" -- just fill out the form twice and you'll be fine. Once after selecting "custom arrangement", and again during the check out/delivery pages. Hoping they update the website to remove this redundancy.

I've been using Enchanted Florist and Gifts to help celebrate Mother's Day for some 5 years now. Delivery is always as scheduled. Their arrangements are gorgeous. Most importantly, their flowers seem to outlast the arrangements that my siblings and dad get.

I had the best experience with Enchanted Florist & Gifts from start to finish. I ordered the Lovely Day Mixed Arrangement with a Stanley cup, and they reached out right away to let me know the specific cup I chose was out of stock, but they generously upgraded me at no extra cost. That kind of communication and service really stood out to me.
The delivery was right on time, and they even sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered, which was such a thoughtful touch. And WOW, they did an amazing job. The arrangement was beautiful, and the recipient absolutely loved it. It truly brightened her day.
You have a customer for life, and I will definitely be recommending and using Enchanted Florist & Gifts for our company as well. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! ?✨

My son and his date were so delighted with their corsage and boutonniere for Senior Ball. Both received so many compliments from other seniors. Excellent customer service and perfect quality, attention to detail of such fresh flowers!

Gorgeous arrangement! It made my loved one feel happy and loved! Very satisfied!

I had a lovely experience ordering a custom bouquet from Enchanted Florist. I had a specific vision in mind and with my description they delivered the exact look I was looking for. My recipient was very impressed. Excited to order from them again!

When working with a distributed team, it feels odd sometimes ordering gifts from places I've never visited. Especially when ordering something that essentially says, "trust us, we'll make it pretty". Luckily for me, and the gift recipient, whoever is designing the bouquets at Enchanted Florist & Gifts has excellent taste! Thank you so much for beautiful arrangement

Purchased a beautiful bouquet for my fiancée for Valentine’s Day. The order was made on time and the roses were exquisite. Highly recommend
